Computational Model of Graphenen-Based Logic Gates and Architectures

Abstract

Depend on a number of unique properties, Graphene is beneficial for microelectronic devices. To design logical gates using graphene without bandgap is a chanllenge. As a result, "conventional" design for construction is required to make this breakthrough. The theory of negative differential resistance is used in this design to build logical gate with gapless graphene. And the non-boolean computational architecture shows exciting result for the future of special construction. In this Section, we propose and discuss several special task grpahene-based logic circuits and illustrate their operation by numerical modeling.
