Proposal to encode four N'Ko characters in the BMP of the UCS

Abstract

This is a Unicode proposal to encode four additional new N'Ko characters in the international character encoding standard Unicode. Three of the characters in this proposal were published in Unicode version 11.0 in 2018. (NKO TE-KERENDE was not accepted.)
