Proposal to encode PARAGRAPHUS MARK and PUNCTUS ELEVATUS MARK
Abstract
This is a Unicode proposal to encode two Medievalist punctuation characters in the international character encoding standard Unicode. The two characters PARAGRAPHUS MARK and PUNCTUS ELEVATUS MARK were published in Unicode version 11.0 in 2018. The two marks appear in texts of various medieval European languages, including Latin.
