Dark Forest

As you open your eyes, you are greeted with { (if: $been is 0)[an unfamiliar scene. It seems like you're within a dark forest with a mist limiting your sight.] (else:)[the same unfamiliar scene you've seen before.]} What should you do? [[Go to sleep, this can't be real.->Start]] [[Check what you have, you have to find a way out.->check items]] (set: $been to 1)

You're wearing some sweats, t-shirt, and jacket. There seems to be something in your [[jacket]]. [[figure out where you are->path]].

[[smartphone]] [[wallet]] [[house keys]] [[back.->check items]]

You checked your phone but there doesn't seem to be any cellular connection. [[back.->jacket]] (set: $phone = true)

In your wallet, there's a couple of dollars and your ID. Nothing useful for survival. [[back.->jacket]] (set: $wallet = true)

Just your typical house keys. Nothing really useful right now. [[back.->jacket]] (set: $key = true)

After walking in the forest for what seems to be forever, you come across a path that leads to a grass plain. Afraid of what's lurking in the shadows of the forest, you decide to go down the path [[towards the plains->plains]].

As you walk down towards the plain, there seems to be a single-horned boar. The boar notices you and its eyes turn to a burning red color. [[run away->run]] [[try to fight it->fight]] [[play dead]]

You attempt to run away from the boar and after a couple of tiring minutes, you find yourself at the entrance of a cave. The cave seems to have some sounds coming from it. [[go into the cave->cave]] [[continue running away->lost]]

You decide to fight the boar but have to quickly decide how to fight it. [[grab a long stick off the ground->stick]] {(if: $phone or $key)[[use an item in your pocket->pocket]]}

You try to play dead with the amazing acting skills you have but the boar doesn't fall for it and it starts to charge at you. [[run away->run]] [[fight]]

You enter the cave and soon after, see a bright light coming from within. As it appears to be a torch, you move towards it. While getting closer to it, you notice some figures. Not knowing what exactly they are, you move close to identify the figures. After you moved close enough to see the details of the figure, it notices you and turns around. This "figure" appears to be an ugly child that many would name goblins. The goblins are holding clubs and other blunt weapons, probably not a good idea to stay still. [[run away from the goblins]] [[fight the goblins]]

You continue to run but due to the amount of running you done, you start to feel exhausted and the hunger starts kicking in. Thankfully it seems like you shook the boar off. [[look for food and water->search]] [[find a nice place to sleep->find sleep location]]

You grab a long stick nearby and decide to use it to fight off the boar. When it got close to you, you managed to wack it on its side while dodging the boar. The boar comes in for a second round but this time you managed to stab the stick into the boar's eye. This enrages the boar even more and it starts to charge at you even faster. You remembered the items in your pocket and decided to grab your: {(if: $phone)[[phone]]} {(if: $key)[[keys]]}

After searching for a while, you find a river that seemed to have some life in it so you went towards the river but suddenly you see a blurry figure in the river. [[approach the figure->figure]] [[slowly back off->slowly]]

After searching around for a nice place to rest, you find a nice crevice by a cliff that seemed pretty secure and decide to sleep in this location. [[sleep.->...]]

You approach the figure slowly and as you get closer you make out a girl with what seems to be pointy ears. Her figure completely mesmerizes you as you couldn't take your eyes off her curves but soon after, she notices you and screams. Weirdly enough, you don't hear anything coming from her but there isn't much you can do. [[run away]] {(if: $elf)[[apologize]]}

You slowly move away from the river as to not be noticed but as you moved back, a branch catches your arms and caused some leaves to sway. Without any warning, a flash came towards you as if it hit your shoulder. [[look]]

You perform a dogeza as to gesture an apology. After a couple of seconds of silence, you raised your head only to see the girl close to you without another second to spare, slapping you right in the face which you can only imagine it leaving a red mark. Believing that that was the end of it, you looked up at her only to see that she is now dressed. The imagine now closer than before, truly highlights how mesmerizing she is but suddenly a loud alarm that pierces your ears can be heard and a bright light covers your [[vision->back]].

You try running away from here but a bright light flashes towards you. Suddenly something hits you in the shoulder. [[look]]

You look down towards your shoulder but there isn't anything there. What used to be your arm is now on the floor. Blood starts to squirt out of your arm. [[cry.]]

With your phone, there are many things you can do with it. [[toss the phone at the pig->idiot]] {(if: $flash)[[turn on the flashlight]]}

You took out your keys and chucked it at the pig. Although with the large brains you have, you thought it would be frightened but it came out the opposite of what you wanted. The pig that was running towards you is now coming at full speed. you got the wind knocked out of you. You can't breathe and there seems to be blood on your chest. Your eyelids slowly close. [[sleep->...]]

[[Wake up.]]

You go for the attack. Through the mircale of luck, you managed to hit the charging boar in the other eye causing it to go completely blind. The pig started to scream in agony while moving around randomly. After a couple of seconds, the boar seemingly vanishes. Suddenly, the sound of an alarm can be heard throughout the forest and a blinding light covers your [[vision->back]].

Although you thought you dodged the boar perfectly, sadly with your bad hand-eye coordination, it landed perfectly on your stomach. The horn of the boar pierced right into you and you feel your energy escape you. You fall to the ground and slowly stopped feeling the pain in your stomach. [[sleep.->...]] (set: $fight = true)

You run away from the goblins but they chase after you. As you exit the cave, you see the boar that you ran away from earlier appear in front of you. The boar sprints towards you. [[dodge the boar->cave dodge boar]] [[attack the boar->cave attack boar]]

Although you were twice the size of the goblins, with the little to no combat skills, there was little to no chance. The goblins ended up beating the shit out of you. Your conscious fades away. [[sleep->...]]

You managed to dodge the boar's charge and it runs into the group of goblins chasing after you. Using this opportunity, you ran off into the forest but due to exhaustion, it becomes harder and harder to move but then what appears to be a wagon is heard close by. [[hide from it]] {(if: $wagon)[[approach the wagon]]}

You attempt to attack the boar that was in your way from freedom but due to your carelessness, the goblins, that were much closer to you than you thought, hit you and beat you to a pulp. [[sleep.->...]]

You approach the wagon and there appears to be a couple that looked like traders in the medieval ages. As you approach them, the sound of an alarm rings through the forests and suddenly a bright light appears to blind your [[vision->back]].

you hid inside a bush but not realizing how hungry you were, your conscious slowly fades away. [[sleep.->...]] (set: $wagon = true)

As you slowly open your eyes, you can see the very familiar ceiling you've been seeing for the past couple of years. You can't seem to remember what you dreamed of as your memory comes out empty, almost like a void. All of that didn't matter as you turn the alarm off and went back to [[sleep->end]].

Tossing the phone caused the boar to be enraged and it charges at you even faster. Knocking you down like a truck, everything becomes blurry. [[Sleep.->...]] (set: $flash = true)

The pig, surprisingly frightened by the light, backs off and runs away. It seems like you managed to survive. With exhaustion, you slowly walk out of the forest but then suddenly, a loud alarm sound rings through your ears and soon after that, a light covers your [[vision->back]].

You try to cry but nothing is coming out. What happened? You don't really know but you collapse onto the ground as energy flows out of you. Your conscious fades away. [[sleep.->...]] (set: $elf = true)
