I can feel myself awakening from the black hole of unconsciousness. My eyes remain blurred for a moment as they pan around, focusing in on the surroundings. At first it's just shades of gray, but my senses begin to cope with the environment. More colors introduce themselves to me. The strength returns to my body. I return to this world again. //You see that there is an unknown object placed around you.// The object that surrounds me is cylindrical in shape, small, cramped. Designed to be uncomfortable from the inside. I can see out to the room my space occupies, but something sits between me and it. On the edge of the cylinder, a transparent wall coated with spongy sea green electricity flickers from floor to ceiling. [[Touch the confinement beam]] [[Do nothing]]

//You reach out towards the electrical field with your hand. As you make contact, the wall sends out a strong jolt of energy through the tips of your fingers, traveling to your body, and stunning you briefly as you fall to your knee in slight pain.// You: "UGH... fuck!" My hand... I... need a moment... the nerve functions seem to be returning to normal. That didn't take long. //Looking around there doesn't seem to be anything within reach to disable the field.// For now at least... I am imprisoned here. [[Do nothing]]

//There are noises coming from the other end of the door.// There must be others here. Man: "Rise and shine!" A human, male, dressed in military clothing. He must be here to interrogate me. //Closing your hand tightly, you wait for the man to approach.// Man: "State your name." [[Comply]] [[Say nothing]]

//You stand up straight and look the man in the eyes.// You: "Xecroia" //The man looks down at his clipboard and studies it.// [[Question]]

//You hone in on the clipboard the man is holding.// Looks like a case file. Most likely mine. Which means he already has all the information he needs. This is a test of compliance. I... Man: "Do you know why you are being held in captivity on this ship?" [[Comply|Comply 3]] [[Defy|Defy 2]]

//You shift your body uncomfortablly to cope with the small space and begin to speak again.// You: "For my crimes against..." //Suddenly, the ship quakes and begins rumbling around. The man's face goes from calm to startled, and he begins running off through the door he came in from.// You: "Wait! Get me out of here!" Shit. I need to find a way out of this cell. //Loud noises emit around you, and the ship takes a substantial hit, knocking out some of the components and wiring in the room.// [[Take cover]]

//You tilt your head to the side and give off a conniving smirk.// //Suddenly, the ship quakes and begins rumbling around. The man's face goes from calm to startled, and he begins running off through the door he came in from.// You: "Wait! Get me out of here!" Shit. I need to find a way out of this cell. //Loud noises emit around you, and the ship takes a substantial hit, knocking out some of the components and wiring in the room.// [[Take cover]]

//You hunker down and grab onto the floor components as the ship continues to fall apart. An explosion comes from near the door and all of the lights in the room go out. Wiring comes out from the ceiling and begins sparking all around the other side of the room, starting a small fire in the ceiling. Emergency lights begin blinking, and it is almost impossible to see what is going on in the room. You can feel the ship turning and increasing speed.// Ship: "WARNING! Orbital impact is imminent!" You: "Shit! I'm stuck in here." //The emergency alarms blare off in a frenzy. As the ship enters orbit, it smashes you around inside of the containment field, shocking and causing you to [[lose consciousness]].//

//As you go unconscious, you enter a dream like state.// Again... again... I am here. I can never remember the moments from right before. This state, this... world is always here, when I am not there. //Dark clouds surround you. You seem to be levitating over them, while more crowd around you at a distance. Purple lightning spews out around and through them. Ahead... and behind, is darkness that seems to have no end.// //You look around... slowly scanning the horizon.// This place has always been with me... in my thoughts... my dreams. I have never been able to escape it. No matter how far I dig, no matter how fiercly I dig... I am trapped, until the forces around me say that I am not. //Eerie echoes approach from a distance ahead. At first they sound industrial, distorted clanging, scraping... then the sounds start to morph into what seems like a voice... the voice of a little girl.// //You slowly creep your head to the darkness in front and stare.// Here they come again... worming their way into the black matter of my brain. //As the voice gets closer, more voices of different pitches begin to follow it, closing in on you. Before they can reach you, a bright white light shines down on you through the clouds above. You put your hand up in front of your eyes to shield you from it's blinding shine. //You fly forward at an incomprehensibly high speed, and shoot back into consciousness almost instantly.// You: "AGH!" //You cough multiple times, letting out some blood as you regain your composure. Your leg is lodged into bits of the holding cell you were inside of before, and you are now facing almost completely upside down in the ship, hanging quite a distance above the now ground level.// [[Pull my leg out]] [[Grab a piece of wreckage to help get my leg out]]

//As you attempt to pull your leg out of the wreckage, it scrapes against some of the metal, and begins bleeding profusely, but you succesfully get it out.// You: "Ergh... fuck." //You look around for something to stop the bleeding.// [[Tear off a piece of my shirt]] [[Leave the wound alone]]

//You reach out for a metal bar near the wall and pull it towards you. The pieces of loose metal around it start to rumble for a moment, and a few bits of the ship fall down, brushing past you, and clanking against other pieces multiple times before reaching the ground.// //You jam the bar into the metal trapping your leg in and push out, easing some of the tension on you, enough to pull your leg out safely.// [[Climb down the wreckage]]

//You rip a piece off of the bottom of your shirt and wrap it around the open wound. It quickly soaks up the wine red color, and the expanding radius of the the blood soon slows to a halt. The bleeding has stopped for now.// [[Climb down the wreckage]]

//You carefully move down the wreckage, one leg and arm at a time. About halfway down, a small component of the ship near you explodes, releasing a few sparks and setting ablaze, creating some light.// This place looks like shit. Must've been attacked. There's no other way a military craft could've made such a spill. //You reach the ground floor and turn around. The exit door is at the other end, but appears to be jammed partially open. You walk over and attempt to slide the door open, but it won't budge. //You ignore the wound, and let it continue bleeding as you struggle to get down the wreckage. Before you can reach the bottom, the pain and loss of blood begin to make you feel uneasy. You become woozy and slip on a piece of the wreckage, falling down the rest of the way, and losing consciousness.//

Need supplies. //You walk up to the cabinets and attempt to open them, but they are locked from the inside.// Shit... [[Go back|Head towards the med lab]]

Gotta see if any of these people are alive before I leave here. //You walk up to the stretchers and take a closer look at the patients laying down.// Humans. There couldn't have been this many brought here in the ship's current condition. They must've all been here since before the crash. Why so many though? [[Go back|Head towards the med lab]]

//You grab the metal bar and jam it diagnolly into the opening of the door. As you push against it, the door pushes back. You apply more strength and begin grunting, as the door wedges back and forth. It slowly begins sliding back, just far enough for you to fit through. You press your foot against the bottom and sidestep through into the next room. The bar has been bent opening the door and having outlived its use, you throw it down to the side before continuing on.// //In the hallway, you notice above that there are signs leading to different areas of the ship.// //<-MED LAB | COMMON AREA->// [[Head towards the med lab]] [[Head towards the common area|Inspect the door]]

//You walk up to the small opening to the side and crouch down to look inside. It's too dark to see further than a few meters, but you cautiously climb through and move forward.// //Eventually the vent splits into two paths going left and right.// [[Turn left]] [[Turn right]]

//You turn left and crawl further through the vents. Eventually you hit a dead end and are stopped in your tracks.// [[Turn right]]

//You turn right and crawl further through the vents. A small insect like creature approaches you, and begins emitting a hissing noise.// [[Smash the insect]] [[Do nothing|Do nothing 2]]

//You tighten your hand into a fist and slam it down onto the insect, crushing it down onto the cold surface of the vent, and releasing yellowish green blood outwards. Some of it lands on your arm, and your skin begins lightly sizzling.// You: "UGH, what the fuck!?" //You swipe some of the blood off with your other hand, and it doesn't seem to do any damage, but you can't get all of it off, as it is sticky.// [[Keep moving]]

//The insect inspects you for a moment, then hisses again. It quickly scuttles onto the side of the vent to get past you, then disappears.// [[Keep moving]]

//You pick up the pace and keep heading straight forward for some time. Eventually you reach an opening in the vent. It seems to have been damaged in the crash, which left a large chunk of the vent ripped open. You look across, and it seems too far to make it to the other side.// [[Jump down]]

//You twist around, grabbing onto the floor of the vent as you lower yourself down. You let yourself drop into the room below, falling to your knee but taking no damage. As you get up, you notice that the room looks to be a hallway leading to other areas in both directions. Ahead of you, the hallway seems to strech for some distance. Behind, there is a door.// //You notice above that there are signs leading to different areas of the ship.// //You are currently at the west entrance to COMMON AREA// //<- MED LAB// [[Inspect the door]] [[Head towards the med lab]]

//You walk up to the door to the common area, and it appears to be jammed partially open. You try to pry it open and it shifts to the sides slightly, but doesn't budge. There is small hole in the center of the door that looks to have been made by a weapon.// //You hear noises coming from the other side. They sounds like human screams.// [[Peer through the hole]] [[Head towards the med lab]]

//You bend over and get as close to the hole as you can. Looking through, you see a mess hall flooded with tipped over chairs and tables. There is also a large fire spreading from the left side of the room.// //Seemingly out nowhere, a man steps out from behind some of the debris. He has a pistol in his hand, firing at something you cannot see.// Man: Get back! Get the fuck back! //He fires off all of his shots and runs out out of ammo.// Man: No. NO! //A huge beast like humanoid creature that looks about eight feet tall comes from behind the debris, and howls at the man. Two large spikes come out from its arms as it yells, and it proceeds to swat the man's gun out of his hand as he stands still trembling. The creature thrusts one of its spikes directly through the man's chest, and lifts him high up into the air. Blood spills from his chest as he coughs and grunts while trying to grab onto the spike. It then raises its other arm, and almost seems to tease the man with it for a moment by waving it out slowly once, before proceeding to stab into his side, then quickly again and slightly higher. It whips the spike out graciously, then throws the man outward onto the ground. As he lands, a large amount of blood flings out. He is surely dead. The creature emits some mumbling noises, then quickly sprints off to another area.// You: "Holy shit." //You slowly back away from the hole and turn back around.// What was that thing? I need to get out of here. [[Head towards the med lab]]
