Dark Woods

It's time, the trip to Peru has come. You get ready and head to the airport. You board your plane ready for the next adventure. Suddenly, you wake up almost as if a flashbang has hit you. It looks like the plane crashed and you have lost consciousness. As you are regaining vision you briefly see a blurry [[human like figure]], but, it lifts up another passenger and runs almost like an animal. Frightened by this occurrence you don't know what to do. [[leave the plane and search for survivors]]/[[stay the night in the plane]]

Skinny yet tall this creature seems like a normal human being. Yet it seems like it is hairless and faceless. It almost seems emotionless.

You left the plane and the suns gleaming through the [[trees]]. You see scraps everywhere and luggage scattered. Grabbing some snacks and clothes you stuff them in your pockets. Where did that creature go that walked by? You see [[foot prints]] leading deeper into the forest. You wonder if you should follow the footprints as it could be from another passenger? [[Follow the footprints]]/[[start building shelter]]

Your choice was to stay the night in the plane. You grab some of the food and water fuel up and find a nice chair to lay down on. You wake up in the middle of the night to a screech. Then you are just under your blanket like you were a child in your home bed. The mysterious creature enters the unsecured plane and you can't breathe. Slowly but surely you begin to back out of the plane. There are a few paths out, one with [[many footprints]], one with [[no footprints]], and finally one that in [[muddy]]. Do you choose path [[1]]/[[2]]/[[3]]

Darkness still surrounds the forest as the towering trees block the sunlight and only strands of light get through.

The feet seem to be normal sized but there is something weird about them. Long nail-like depressions left deep marks into the mud.

Many footprints may lead to more survivors or more creatures. It seems like these footprints are shoe prints.

No footprints can mean no one has gone on this path or that they didn't go on this path for a reason…

The muddy path may lead to a river or a [[source of water]] you can find to escape. But it might be muddy from over use by the creatures?

Sources of water usually lead to civilization.

You chose the path with many footprints. Luckily these footprints are from survivors. You follow them and find a girl named [[maddie]]. Now you have a partner but you still must run as the creature was close by. You both sneak away and find a place to [[hide]].

You decided to choose the path with no footprints. Although there are no footprints there still could be creatures lurking in the trees. You run as fast as you can until you reach a dead end. Towering trees block the path and there seems to be no escape. Suddenly you are approached by a group of these creatures. Instead of running you try to fight back. Taking out a few them you seem optimistic but at then end you are trapped and there is no place to go except the dark woods... THE END

This muddy path indicates that there is a water source near by. If this is true, you can escape by following the water source to a larger body. You follow the muddy path leave [[wet footprints]] behind. All you can do is keep running. Eventually, you reach a river of some sort. You decide to make a make shift raft as it may be quicker than walking. Do you want to use the [[scrap metal]] or [[wooden planks]]. [[metal]]/[[planks]]

You begin to follow the footprints. These lead you to the entrance of a dark and creepy [[cave]]. Entering the cave now may be risky but you are very intriguied. You are skeptical but decide to enter the cave. You take a peak and are scared off from pools of blood near the entrance. Running in fear you hdont follow a path and end up going deeper into the woods. Here you have an encounter with a singular creature. It stares you in the eye and begins to charge at you. There are lots of rocks all around you. [[Attack the creature with the rocks]]/[[run like a baby]]

You decide to build the rest of the shelter after rather than chasing after the footprints. You gather [[scrap metal]] and [[wood]] from the trees. You make a make shift shelter. The shelter is made and you stay the night here. In the middle of the night you here rustling outside. You [[block the entrance]] to your shelter thinking it can stop whatever is outside.

The cave seems to have a ladder already made at the entrance. It seems like it is the source block of all the creatures. That makes it a very dangerous place. Yet, if you have the right disguise you might be able to sneak in and find the [[passengers taken]].

If you find the passengers taken, the group of you can plot an escape from this horrid place.

Using all your might, you lift up a rock almost as big as your head. You fling at the creature and it falls. You take the dead creature back with you to the plane and use the metal scraps from the plane to [[skin]] this creature. You use this skin to blend in with the creatures. Following the [[foot prints]] again you reach the cave. Entering now you are not fearful. When you enter there are survivors piled in a [[corner room]]. This room is mysterious but you focus and manage to grab 3 survivors to escape the cave with you. The rest, well, they died. You can't save everyone. All of you plan to [[escape through a river]] one survivor saw when tragged into the cave.

You decided to run from the creature rather then fighting it. Like mentioned earlier these creatures run like animals so it didn't take long for it to catch up to you. It first stabs your calfs with its long knife like toe-nails and finally tears you apart. You should have left the blankey in the plane. THE END

Skin could be used as a disguise to blend in with the creatures.

This corner room was filled with gadgets and tech. This means that these creatures were genetically made. But who would make such a creature??

One of the survivors brings up a plan to escape from the river. Everyone rests for the night then spends the next few days searching for this river. Luckily you stumble upon a tiny stream. The stream led to two places, deeper in the [[woods]] and a [[path near the cave]]. Which path do you think the river will be extended from? [[Deep Woods]]/[[Cave path]]

If a stream goes close to the cave then that means that it could have been used as a water source for these creatures. But it could also be a path out. It's risky yet everything is risky.

The deeper you go into the woods you could either get closer to civilization or farther.

The deep woods stream led to a large river. You and the survivors swim across the river and reach a street. You find a small town across the river. The people in the town end of being the creators of the creatures. You and the others are captured and realize the plane crash was planned. Now you will become one of them. THE END

The cave path leads to a watering station for all the creatures, as predicted. You try to outrun them but all of guyss are too slow. Instead of being killed your guys are captured and left locked in the [[corner room]]. A regular human comes out of nowhere and it seems ike you are being saved. In reality you have met the genetic modifier, now you are next in line to [[become one the creatures]].

You have become one of them and now begin to kill and chase the rest of the survivors till everyone left has turned. THE END

The entrance is blocked and no one can enter. Well, maybe a brown bear could. You realized you left the fire on and the bear was attracted to it. It runs through the shelter and claws you to death. I mean these creatures are not the only thing living in the dark woods. THE END

Maddie is a beautiful girl who has many skills that can help with your escape.

You both have hiden till the sun comes up. But now you have a big decision to make. Will you work with Maddie or leave her because of the extra mouth to feed. [[Leave her]]/[[Work with her]]

You leav eher and go to work on your own. You thought she was just a dumb girl but she was actually a women of many talents. Later you realize you made a mistake and run back to where you left her. There you see her [[staring]] at a tree. You approach her slowly thinking she is just sad. In reality she has [[turned]] and now brought you close enough to become her prey. THE END

You decide to work with her. It has been 2 months and you two have survived off each others hard work. You have fallen in love with this girl. You guys both found a [[path]] to escape. If you follow this river path you should reach civilization. You both end up finding a town near buy. Everyone there was surprised they made out of the dark woods alive. As they say, no one dares enter the woods and nothing comes out. They escape and build a life together. THE END

Her hair had all fallen out and her toe nails long enough to be considered knifes. Skin shriveled up as she was a 60 year old woman who came out of the water. Yet she was just a 21 year old college student.

The path was near a river with [[foot prints]] scattered throughout.

Muddy and large, your feet can be seen from a far. This means you could be tracked.

Long pieces of a tree that are stronger than branches. They can support weight.

You chose to make the raft out of metal. The metal is strong and some what buoyant. Although this metal is not as strong as it seems. You get in your raft and then turn around to seem creatures storming at you. THEY FOLLOWED YOUR FOOTPRINTS! They jump onto the raft and because you made it out of the weak metal it broke and you fell in the water. You swim as hard as you can until you are knocked unconscious form the lack of oxygen. Suddenly, you wake up on a [[hospital bed]]. It turns the river carried you to shore and you made to a town nearby. You lived to tell the tale of the Dark Woods. THE END

You chose wooden planks to create your raft. These are perfect for a raft and you finally construct it. You set off on the river until you are approached by creatures. THEY FOLLOWED YOUR FOOTPRINTS! They jump at you but the raft doesn't budge and you float away. You wake up the next morning to the vibrant rays of [[sun]]. You see a village a few meters away. Do you want to stop by it or keep floating. [[Stop by]]/[[Keep floating]]

You are laying still in the bed. Shocked that you are alive you ask everyone, is this real? They tell you yes. But little do you know you left a part of you in that forest.

The sun is not gleaming through the trees rather it is shining on you.

You chose to stop your raft and check the village out. It looks like a ghost town even though everything looks brand new. Suddenly you realize, this is a trap. The creator of the creatures set this for escapies and now they are coming to get you. You get attacked by a group of creatures and are captured. What is left of you? The other survivors described you as, the menace of the creatures. THE END

You decide to keep floating. Luckily you float until you reach civilization. You find a town where there are many people and you tell them about your experience. Finally you made it somewhere safe. You made it out of the Dark Woods alive as a human being. THE END
