Waking up, you find your self asleep at a desk. Looking around, it looks like you're in your Physics classroom; you must've fallen asleep while working on your final project. You've spent so long after school, even sneaking in some food and drinks in the lab's fridge in preparation for today. It probably wasn't a good idea to procrastinate on this assignment.

Mashing the power button, you hope that you see the boot screen, but to no avail. [[5th Floor Hallway]]As you arrive in front of the elevator, you frantically mash the button to call the elevator. Forced to wait, you watch the number above the elevator slowly count up to five...

The elevator eventually arrives, much to your relief. As the doors open, you wonder if you should step inside.

]You run down the stairs. As you go, you attempt to look through the windows, but you see nothing but flames and falling rubble. The smoke outside blocks the rest of your view.

[You make it to the 4th floor to find that the rest of the stairs downward are blocked by fallen rubble too big to move. In the next moment, the building trembles and you're forced to the floor. The shaking causes the stairs above you to cave in and crumble, forcing you to jump out of the way.]
As the dust clears, you see that the rubble has blocked not only the stairs, but the elevator as well! Your only option is to explore this floor.
[[4th Floor Hallway]]The doors close behind you. You feel a jolt, and then you hear a loud *SNAP*. Suddenly, you're free-falling as the elevator plummets towards the ground.
Then everything goes black.

You hear a short scream before the transmission is cut.
[[Go back.|Room 410]]In the back room, you find yourself surrounded by several lab supplies. Beakers, test tubes, and several chemicals lay scattered across the countertops and across the floor.
Nearby, you see a chemical cabinet has fallen over, with a mix of chemical liquid seeping out from underneath.

[[Go back.|Room 410]]Throwing the rope over the edge of the window-sill, you start to tie the end you're holding to the bedpost nearby. Giving it a tug to make sure the bed doesn't move, you start to descend.
As your feet touch the ground, you hear an explosion from above. Looking back at the building, you see rubble falling down everywhere. You decide it best not to stay, but as you're about to leave, several explosions occur. It's as though they're right beneath you!
You're thrown to the ground as you try to steady yourself, looking up, you see nothing but flames engulfing the city in front of you.
One last explosion above makes you look up, only to see rubble falling down on top of you.
Then everything goes black.

In a free fall, you look down to see that the fire has burned through all the floors beneath you! The ground comes rushing at you...

You feel a slight tremble.

Looking at the papers on top of the desk, you find that they are all on research you aren't familiar with. You decide it's a waste of time looking at them and throw them on the ground.

Several of the items appear to be yours in fact! You find your old pair of headphones that you thought you lost, and even your friend's sketchbook! Why would your professor have these?
[[Go back|Office]]After moving all of the papers aside, you find a notebook with your teacher's name on it. Flipping through it, you find that it's a journal to document your teacher's personal findings on his research.
You decide to flip to the most recent entry.

//Tomorrow marks the end of the experiment. It appeared to be a grand success. With this, we could save so many lives. How sad that we must let the lost ones go. I honestly regret having to do this to my students, but for the sake of the world, I must not hesitate. I will carry out the procedures as follows, and leave before any of them realize anything.//

ADMINISTRATOR, YOU ARE ADVISED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY." Below the message, an arrow flashes in the direction of the door a few times before your tablet shuts back down. Again, it doesn't seem to turn back on.] (else:) [you're on the fifth floor of the Science Department building.] You decide that it would be best to leave as soon as possible to avoid possibly getting trapped.

Most of the items are teacher's handbooks, or assorted school supplies, none of which are useful to you at the moment. As you toss one of the books aside, a note falls out, and you briefly see the words "ESCAPE PROTOCAL" before you start fumbling to catch it. Once in your hands, you read over the note:

"In the event that an administrator is left without an admin console during the deletion of the program, spare micro SD cards shall be left in the Director's office on the 4th floor. Please note that there are a limited amount of cards available to prevent unwanted distribution of admin controls. You are responisible for own your safety at the time of deletion."
At the bottom of the page, the words "DO NOT FORGET" are scribbled hastily. The edge of the page is ripped, and it doesn't seem to belong in the book it was in.

Your vision starts to grow hazy. Smoke begins clouding your vision as the floor fills your view. You attempt to look up, only to find yourself coughing heavily. You can't breathe. Despite your efforts to regulate your breathing, you only seem to make it worse. You close your eyes and try to calm yourself. After what seems like several minutes, you stop coughing. Slowly, you catch your breath, and open your eyes.
All you see is darkness.
