''Thud'', Thud, Thud.
All you see is darkness.
''Thud'', ''Thud'', Thud.
The smell of iron hits your nostrils.
''Thud'', ''Thud'', ''Thud''.
//A piercing screech swallows all of your senses.//
Attempt to [[wake up.]]The black void of nothingness is swallowing you whole.
You are comforted by a gentle rocking sensation back and forth.
You could lay here for an eternity.
[[Stay longer]] or [[wake up]]You continue to sink into nothingness.
You feel no pain, hunger, or thirst.
Continue to [[sink]] or [[wake up]]You are greeted with dark stormy clouds in the night sky.
The rocking sensation turned out to be the steady sway of a rusted down boat.
You sit up and grab the side of the boat before you feel a massive throbbing pain in your skull.
[[Touch your wound]] or [[look over the edge of the boat]].Your vision begins to fade as everything around you, even yourself turns into nothing.
You sink deeper into the [[void.]]You smell nothing, you taste nothing, you hear nothing, you feel nothing.
At last you reach the bottom where you are alone with your thoughts and only your thoughts.
It's time to [[rest.]]You eventually stop thinking. Becoming one with the void.
[[Try again]].You feel a massive welt that is excrutiatingly painful to touch.
Your hand has a concerning amount of blood on it, you should look for a some bandages.
You notice a stream of blood leading off of the edge of the boat.
Whose blood is this? There's too much just be yours, you [[look over the edge of the boat]].You see bubbles rising up to the surface of the dark blue-green abyss from below.
What creature could be down there?
You stumble your way to your feet and need to [[look around]].There seems to be nothing noticeable at the bow of the ship.
You survey the surrounding.
The ship's light illuminates a dense layer of marine fog with visibility stopping at 20 meters every direction.
You ponder your circumstances. Where are you? How did you get here? Why are you alone
You come to an even more conserning worry...
Who are you?
You continue to [[look around]].You notice a lifeboat tightly fastened to the side of the boat.
You are too weak to untie the knott, maybe you could find something to cut the rope?
You continue to [[look around]].You notice that the engine and propeller seem to be operable.
Maybe there is a way to get the boat started and sail to shore?
You continue to [[look around]].You enter the cockpit and notice it is quite warm. It seems like the boat has been idle for a while.
You notice a [[control deck]] with a [[wallet]] on the dashboard. Underneath the control deck you find [[cabinet]].
Or should you [[look around]] further. You open the door to face the pitch-black void below.
The smell of salt and iron invades your nose.
A sense of dread takes over, you take a deep breath and [[step in]].The fuel meter looks to be empty, it doesn't look like you can drive the boat anytime soon.
You survey the rest of the [[Cockpit]].You open the wallet but find no ID cards. You don't recognize this wallet, it can't be yours.
Why would the wallet be empty? Could it be yours or someone elses?
You start to get an uneasy feeling. Are you alone here?
You look around the rest of the [[Cockpit]].You walk into a what appears to be a murder scene. The floor and walls are soaked in blood.
Only one side of the boat is clean, where water from the outside is steadily filling up the cabin.
You dont have much time before this ship sinks.
[[Continue to look around]].There is a supply chest.
Inside you find a [[hatchet]] and a [[can of gasoline]].Inside the cabinet you find bandages. You apply them to your wound.
This should stop the bleeding. You return to the [[Cockpit]].You take the hatchet and make your way back out on top of the deck.
At the base of the stairs leading up, you find a drivers license on the ground.
Should you [[inspect]] the ID or [[leave]] before the ship sinks. You take the can of gasoline and make your way back out on top of the deck.
At the base of the stairs leading up, you find a drivers license on the ground.
Should you [[inspect the ID]] or [[leave before the ship sinks.]]You find the drivers license of a woman in her mid thirties.
Who is she? Why is her drivers license on this ship? Where is she?
You take one last glance behind you before leaving and notice an unusual amount of duct take and bleach stored.
Something is definetly not right here. You need to [[run]].You travel back to the portside of the ship where the lifeboat is.
You hack away at the ropes that keep it teathered with surgical percision.
Have you swong this axe before? You dont give it a second thought as a groan of the ship pushes you to jump on the lifeboat.
You paddle away from the ship.
[[Keep paddling]].You pour gasoline into the tank of the engine.
You run to the cockpit and start stearing the boat forwards.
You look up and notice seagulls, "Yes, that must mean there is land nearby!" you think to yourself.
The fog dissapates and you make out an island in the distance.
You barely make it to a harbor before the ship sinks.
You are [[met by police]] when you get to dry land. You paddle for what feels like an eternity before you collapse in exhaustion. With land nowhere to be seen in the dense fog.
This must be it.
Your vision fades to darkness as you [[welcome the coming void]].You look around and notice that the ship is old and rusted.
After you get your footing, you wonder where you should explore first.
The [[Bow]], [[Portside]], the [[Stern]], the [[Cockpit]], the [[Cabin]].The ship is sinking fast.
You try and use the hatchet to cut the rope of the lifeboat but the motion of the sinking boat makes it hard to hit the rope consistently.
There is an explosion as the the wires in the ship come in contact with the ocean water.
A metal object slams against your head and launches you into the water.
You desperately try and swim but you [[sink into the void below]].You find the drivers license of a woman in her mid thirties.
Who is she? Why is her drivers license on this ship? Where is she?
You take one last glance behind you before leaving and notice an unusual amount of duct take and bleach stored.
Something is definetly not right here. [[You need to get off this ship]].You attempt to pour gasoline into the engine but the ship is sinking too fast.
There is an explosion as the the wires in the ship come in contact with the ocean water.
A metal object slams against your head and launches you into the water.
You desperately try and swim but you [[sink into the void below]].Before you feel yourself fade off, you hear shouting off in the distance.
For a second you feel two men lift you up before you inevitably [[pass out again]].The soft hum of an AC unit and the melodic beeping of medical equipment stir you awake.
You feel the sensation of soft linen underneath your hand.
You look to your right and find a remote and [[turn the TV on]].The TV turns on to primetime CNN news.
The headline underneath Anderson Coopers reads "Mistery Castaway Man Found at Sea, Where Did He Come From?"
Before you can watch anymore a [[nurse walks in]]."Oh you're awake." she comments.
"What happened? Where am I? How did I get here?"
"You've been out for two days. You suffered massive bloodloss and dehydration before those fishermen found you. You're stable now, but the media has been super interested in you."
"He's talking about me?!?!" as you point to the TV.
"Yeah thats you, you were found in international waters with no ID and no evidence of a wreck over the Bermuda Triangle. No one knows who you are. Do you remember your name?"
You try and remember but nothing comes to you. [["No I don't remember at all..."]]Doctors and nurses continue to visit you overtime, running test after test.
Despite their efforts, there is no way to improve your memory.
Two weeks later you are released. For a time, reporters harass you asking questions on your past. Slowly they realize that asking you is pointless and eventually leave you alone.
For the a long time, nothing happens.
[[32 years later...]]You have a partner and two beautiful children. You wake up early to make food for the kids before they head off to school.
You turn on the news and see that the headline states "Sunken Ship Discovered Over Serial Killer Graveyard"
You see the team of law enforcement pull the ship out of the blue abyss and it looks odly familiar.
The newsanchor states that at the site of the ship, several bodies were found to be dumped into the deepest part of the bermuda triangle.
You wonder why your hear is racing. You focus attention back to making your childrens lunch for school, never thinking about the ship ever again.
[[Try again]].You sink to the bottom of the black-blue abyss and are met by a floating corpse.
You recognize her. Suddenly all of your memories come flashing back to you.
You murdered this person. You can hear their screams vividly now.
In a desperate last attempt to save themselves, they played dead.
As you were dumping their body into the ocean, they slammed a wrench into the back of your head.
In the end, your victim won. For years you have been stalking and killing your victims. But finally you have been beaten.
You choke on the cold ocean water, losing consciousness and you finally [[rest.]]They ask you thousands of questions, which you are incapable of answering any of them.
You try and explain that you have absolutely no memory.
The police state that they will perform an investigation on the ship while keeping you [[under surveilance]].Two weeks later, you are startled awake to banging on your hotel door.
"Mr. Peterson, you are under arrest for the murder of several missing peoples dumped in the bermuda triangle."
Before you can react your are being escorted into a police car with your hands cuffed behind your back.
No one answers your questions for the remainder of the day while you are locked in a cell at a local [[county jail]].You lay there contemplating how you could be accused of murdering and dumping several missing people.
The cop on guard is fast asleep but you hear over his radio the details of the polive investigation.
"The boat at the bottom of the harbor had several suspicious items consisting of rope, bleach, and ducttape. Upon analyzing the ships blackbox, we found the boat to be stalled at a coordinate over the deepest part of the bermuda triangle. The Feds sent down divers to investigate where they found a graveyard of missing peoples along with Mr. Petersons ID. He killed all of those people, but got knocked in the head by his last victim causing him to get amnesia. I don't believe him saying he doesn't remeber killing all those people, needs to rot in hell for what he did."
Confusion takes over you...
Did you really do those things? You go to trial and are found guilty of all charges. You are sentenced to 132 years in prison with no chance of parole.
You don't recall a thing of your life before your head injury but now you must live the rest of your life in prison for crimes you don't remember.
[[Try again]].
