      <description>&lt;p&gt;One of&amp;nbsp;five workgroup reports from the Digital Sensing for Mental Health Workshop held at UCLA from February 28, 2023 through March 2, 2023. More than 50 leading mental health and computer science researchers, industry experts, advocates and funders from six countries came together to collaborate on a shared vision and common goals for digital sensing technologies in mental health research.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This report summarizes recommendations for addressing&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Data Flow&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;problem areas (data comparison, data &amp;amp; metadata standards, data analysis pipelines, and data sharing) that need to be prioritized to increase the utility of digital sensing tools for mental health research and clinical care.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The workshop participants seek stakeholder input about the issues and recommendations.&amp;nbsp;Submit feedback at: https://bit.ly/dig-sensing-report-feedback.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

The report also makes the case for a new Community of Practice on University-Led Grand Challenges and highlights opportunities for other sectors—philanthropy, associations, professional organizations, and Federal, State, and local governments—to support and participate in these efforts.</description>
