Lymphogranuloma venereum is a sexually transmitted infection caused by serovars L1, L2, and L3 of
Chlamydia trachomatis
. We here report a case of Lymphogranuloma venereum, confirmed by PCR testing, which mimicked malignancy on CT imaging.
