Our game is a murder mystery where the player has to kill monsters to collect hints to figure out who the murderer is. The player wins if they guess who the murderer is, and the murderer will be someone in town. The player will lose if they guess the wrong person and the town will suspect the player. Our design goal is to create a game that provides a whimsical mood through our game mechanics. The player can explore the game space, which is the town plus four different elemental maps that contain the monsters. Four hints is needed to guess the murderer and we aimed to keep the pace of the game relaxing to avoid rushing as this will affect the whimsical mood. Overall, we hope to provide a game that provides an enjoyable player experience.
