The purpose of this project is to create tools and information sources that encourage the adoption of improved techniques and technologies for the planning, design and operation of buildings. This scope of work primarily covers work during a six-month period leading up to a planned three-year comprehensive research program on advanced integrated building systems that seek to achieve large energy reductions in support of climate change goals.
