The purpose of this study was to verify the existent regard between the constitutionalists’ variables and the economic growth, both in a theoretical point of view as in an empirical, under the prism of the Economic Analysis of Law, aiming to establish a fluid interface between Law and Economy. Specifically, intend to verify which are the implications of the constitutional prevision of some law species and guaranty in particular, as much as to identify the form how their impacts evolve under an economic performance, specially about the economic growth tax. Our hypothesis is that the constitutional variables can provide an institutional scenery stimulative to the investment and to the technology progress, in a way that influence the economic growth. Empirical evidences are presented in this sense and discussed the ways that the constitutionals variables exercise their impacts.
