High-frequency Green's function for a rectangular array of dipoles with weakly varying tapered excitation

Creative Commons 'BY' version 4.0 license
Abstract

High-fequency Green's function for a rectangular array of dipoles with weakly varying tapered excitation was discussed. The array Green's function (AGF) is the building block for the full-wave analysis of planar phased array antennas. The application of high frequency asymptotics to each Floquet wave (FW)-matched array aperture casts the array Green's function (AGF) in the format of a generalized geometrical Theory of Diffraction (GTD).
