Ever After is an installation consisting of several sculptural and

narrative elements pertaining to the subject of happiness and childhood

memories. Set in a moving truck, the exhibition space itself becomes an

important part of the installation. Major influences are contemporary

popular culture, its objects and notions. The work references my interests in altering and appropriating mass-produced objects, the merging of biography and fiction, and the absurdities of daily life. This installation specifically reflects upon the ubiquitous ideas surrounding the cultural concept of happiness, its psychological projections and manifestations in objects, narratives and gestures.
