Proposal to encode the Nyiakeng Puachue Hmong script in the UCS

Abstract

This is a proposal to encode the Nyiakeng Puachue Hmong script in the Unicode Standard. Based on this document, the script was approved by the Unicode Technical Committee in 2017. The script was invented by Reverend Chervang Kong in the 1980s for use in his church. It is reported to be used in America, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, France, and Australia.
