This poster will cover the structure determination pipeline from crystallization, crystal identification, crystal harvesting, cryoprotectant screening, post-crystallization treatment, diffraction screening and synchrotron data collection. The automated devices and databases to streamline various procedures, and some trials to improve crystal diffraction quality for data collection will be introduced. The methods and techniques to handle high-throughput crystallography which yield structures successfully will be discussed.
