Modern society’s acceleration of time brings out the worst in humanity, namely Western civilization, which has infected the whole world with its spirit. As the end of time hastens, several characters bring out the end of the world in their respective roles as America splits at the seams, in one extreme direction away from another. As the fabric of space and time rend, so does civilization; gods and fantastic creatures machinate behind the dimensional curtains, playing games.
