While a substantial literature demonstrates that the assumption of bounded rationality and its related implications help understand strategic behavior, behaviorists have been slow to offer prescriptions. This paper outlines the fundamentals of the behavioral perspective, and lays out an approach to developing prescriptions based on behavioral scholarship. It discusses both what we currently may prescribe, and directions of research that might lead to additional prescriptions.
