Abstract

In this game you play as the narrator's conscience. The narrator begins hearing scratching and footsteps in the walls of their house and initially assumes they are hallucinations from insomnia. However, the narrator realizes that the suspicions of someone was living in the walls is true. As the story progresses, the player may or may not begin to doubt the innocence of the narrator. The different choices that the player makes will determine the amount of mistrust that the player develops towards the narrator. The narrator isn't given a name or a description to allow the player to project their own idea of a game protagonist. There are two different endings to this game.
