A Systematic Review of Randomized Controlled Trials in Obstetrics and Gynecology Medical Education
Abstract
The volume of obstetrics and gynecology (Ob-Gyn) medical education (MedEd) research is steadily increasing. Systematic reviews of Ob- Gyn MedEd research are limited. No comprehensive systematic review of randomized controlled trials (RCT) has been completed. The purpose of this study was to review the published RCTs in Ob Gyn MedEd and address the following questions: What topics are being studied? Who is being studied? Where are these studies published? What is the methodologic quality of these studies?
