California Classical Studies accepts suitable submissions from professional Classics scholars. No affiliation with the University of California is required. At the same site are the instructions for making a proposal to the Editorial Board. Manuscripts are received for peer preview only after a proposal has been reviewed and approval by the Editorial Board.
