Abstract
This project focus on the case study of the segregated “Mexican School” in Bryn Mawr, California. The author situates this case study within the larger sociopolitical landscape of citriculture, San Bernardino County school segregation policy, and Mexican American activism in the Inland Empire. In addition, this study pays tribute to the multiple ways in which community archiving and grassroots preservation are a crucial form of resistance articulated through the continued assertion of hidden histories.
