A 55-year-old man who was hospitalized for pneumonia exhibited erythematous nodules on the right cheek and under the chin that he had first noticed two months earlier. The nodules were asymptomatic. Physical exam revealed two red nodules (Figs. 1-3). Histopathology images of one of the nodules are shown in Figures 4 and 5.
