Department of Ancient Greek & Roman Studies

This edition is part of a long-term, open-ended project to provide a more extensive accounting of the annotations on the tragedies of Euripides than ever before. Previous books contained the annotations on Orestes. This book provides the first part of the annotations on Phoenissae 1–689 (and 1760). This edition also contains updated front matter and back matter, including addenda and corrigenda to the scholia on Orestes in previous books.

These eBooks of Euripides scholia together represent a static version of the online edition of scholia at EuripidesScholia.org. These versions are intended for digital preservation purposes. Updates and greater functionality are available at the online site.
