A previously healthy 2-year-old boy was referred to our hospital because of an asymptomatic nodule over his right scapula, which had been detected at birth and had been gradually growing.
Physical examination revealed a soft mass not adherent to deep tissues, 1.5 cm in size, with smooth surface and normal skin color (Figures 1 and 2). Because the clinical features were non-specific, the lesion was excised for histological examination.
