The Disability Law Journal (DLJ) is currently accepting nominations of any and all articles that you believe qualify for the honor of republication through November 18, 2022. Please see the general submission guidelines page for more information about our current publication model.

At this time, we are prioritizing articles that focus on cutting-edge issues impacting people and communities with disabilities, take an intersectional approach, reflect the values of the Disability Rights Movement, and have been published by Law Reviews. This is an exceptional chance to feature work that you believe should be more widely disseminated, and we strongly encourage you to participate.

Authors and nominators will be contacted regarding whether the submission will or will not be used by January 25, 2023. While we are excited to read all submissions, the DLJ does not guarantee that all articles submitted will be used in the publication.
