About Us
The Berkeley Linguistics Society (BLS) was founded in 1975 in order to host a series of annual meetings in the form of an academic linguistics conference. More recently, the annual meetings are organized by second year graduate students in the Department of Linguistics at the University of California, Berkeley. BLS publishes and archives annual proceedings through eScholarship, the digital repository of the University of California. Find more information at the BLS website here.
