Black Holes and Bubbles: A Phenomenological, Formal, and Numerical Exploration

Abstract

This thesis is a compilation of my work on the phenomenology and formal theory ofblack holes and numerical work on bubble dynamics. The first project is a novel search for primordial black holes (PBHs) with the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope. The next project is a study on the mystery of black hole evaporation in an explicitly defined spacetime. The final project is a numerical simulation of bubble dynamics in general relativity.
