This document gives an overview of the “Librarians Navigating Change” Oral History Project on eScholarship.org. In particular, it serves as a means of conveying the decisions made and conventions established, for any who would like to replicate this process. Topics discussed are: project genesis and context; training in oral history methodology; selecting narrators; timeline and communications; developing agreements and approvals; interviewing and transcribing; transcription and editing conventions; depositing and outreach; and acknowledgements. There are also 12 appendices with supplemental material.
