Abstract
Halloween Story is a narrative driven horror game, except instead of purely horror it brings a comedic twist at each step. From weird references and observations to jokes placed in tense situations, it provides for an interesting playthrough. The goal of the game was not to put people into a state of fear, but to make fun of the fear and use comedy to combat it. Horror will get replaced by laughs.
