The agribusiness, in good development in Brazil, became fertile land for the creation of new contract models, true social types, that have for a function the cooperation among several productive sections in the agro-industrial chain. They are the contracts of agro-industrial vertical integration that are approached under the juridical aspect in this work being pointed out their conception and qualification as non typical contracts and, therefore, not under a specific legal norm inside of the Brazilian orden. The proposal of the work is the discussion of some of their main elements under the optics of the economical analysis of the right having in view the contribution that the economy can give to a better understanding of the agro-industrial contractual dynamic for judges, lawyers, legislators and subjects directly involved in the process of elaboration of the contracts.
