This document reports on the second full year of operation (Dec 1989 - Nov 1990) of the National Center for Geographic Information and Analysis. Two research initiatives (Accuracy of Spatial Databases and Language of Spatial Relations were completed in Fall 1990.
Four new research initiatives began in year two (Multiple Representations; Use and Value of Geographic Information; Design and Implementation of Large Spatial Databases; and Spatial Decision Support Systems.
