This document summarizes the work carried out by the California Center for InnovativeTransportation (CCIT) for the planning, implementation, and the closing phase of the Travel Time Industry Forum held in San Diego on December 14, 2005. It is broken up into three parts which describe, respectively, the three tasks laid out in CCIT's August 2005 Proposal to the Division of Research and Innovation of Caltrans:
