Allowable formats:

Text documents: MS Word 2011
Charts, graphs: MS Excel
Graphics: within graphics functions of MS Word, OR as .jpg files OR as .tiff files
Photos: as .jpg files OR as .tiff files
Audio: as mp3 or mp4 files
Video: as .mov files (viewable in QuickTime)
