Editor-In-Chiefs

Iliana Kleiner is a Developmental Psychology major minoring in General Biology. She currently is a research assistant in Dr. Walker's Early Learning and Cognition Lab and hopes to attend graduate school after completing her undergraduate education. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, going to the beach, and trying new coffee shops.

Leanne Liaw is a Neurobiology and Public Health double major whose academic interests include studying commonly-highlighted neuronal pathways seen individuals who use addictive substances. Post graduation, she plans on completing her Master's degree at UCSD. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hosting hangouts with her friends, and going to the gym. 

Publishing Coordinator

Meghana Hariprasad is a Molecular and Cell Biology major double-minoring in Chemistry and Psychology. She currently works as a research intern at the Dixon Lab at the Salk Institute for Biological Sciences where she explore gene regulation through the lens of chromatin folding and the formation of topologically associated domains in DNA. After her undergraduate studies, she plans on going to graduate school to complete her Master's and Ph.D. Some of her favorite hobbies include playing tennis, cooking for friends and family, and spending time outdoors.

Submissions Manager

Cina Sepasi Ahoei is a Human Biology major who is interested in cancer research and pharmaceuticals. His favorite course that he has taken at UC San Diego has been Organic Chemistry and he aspires to go to medical school to become an oncologist. During his free time, he likes to hike, cook, watch movies, and build legos.

Media Manager

Alyza Reclusado is a Microbiology major who plans on becoming a certified clinical laboratory scientist training. Her hobbies include reading realistic fiction novels, junk journaling, and drawing. 

Maya Adenihun is a World Literature and Culture major who plans to take a gap year after graduating from UC San Diego and eventually get her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature. Her hobbies include creative writing, journaling, drawing, and playing video games.

Graduate Editing Board Liaison

Maurya Gutta is a Human Biology and History minor whose favorite courses include BIMM 100 (Molecular Biology) and BICD 110 (Cell Biology). After graduating from UC San Diego, he plans on applying to medical school after taking a gap year. In his free time, he likes to play basketball and volleyball, participating in the intramural league with his friends. He also enjoys reading novels and playing video games, and has been trying to get into non-fiction books lately. 

Journalist

Johnny Tran is an Environmental Systems: Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution major with a minor in General Biology. During his free time, he loves going to the beach and flying his jellyfish kite.
