The Institute for Scientist & Engineer Educators (ISEE) is dedicated to providing innovative training to advance an equitable and inclusive STEM workforce. ISEE focuses on effective and inclusive teaching,mentoring, communication, teamwork, collaboration, and leadership through programs aimed at undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, and STEM professionals. ISEE programs include the Professional Development Program (PDP), Akamai Internship Program, Akamai Mentor Workshop, AstroTech, and Workshops for Engineering and Science Transfers (WEST).
