Abstract

Keywords: traffic, deer Story lines included to incorporate these themes. Player can get stuck in traffic / haunted by a ghost deer depending on their decisions. I wanted to emphasize that the obvious answer isn't alway the right one. In the end, being lazy and becoming a pirate are the most effective answers. I also wanted there to be multiple ways to win / lose depending on how you proceed through the game. You can make a bunch of correct decisions then go back to your old life, causing the story to restart. Some decisions are forced, some will cause you to win/ lose immediately, some will simply allow the game to proceed. I tried to further emphasize these different linking ideologies by reworking the text. Additionally, the difficulty selector can transport you to a winning scenario, a neutral scenario, or a losing scenario depending on the player's selection, an additional form of story linking that provides a more complete overview of the story for the user.
