This working paper presents information on the Kulitan script, and poses a number of questions that impact a future proposal for the script to be included in the international character encoding standard Unicode. Kulitan is a modern script used in the Philippines to write the Pampanga or Kapampangan language of Pampanga province. (The usual orthography for the language is Latin.)
