Towards an encoding for Kulitan in Unicode
Abstract
This working paper presents information on the Kulitan script, and poses a number of questions that impact a future proposal for the script to be included in the international character encoding standard Unicode. Kulitan is a modern script used in the Philippines to write the Pampanga or Kapampangan language of Pampanga province. (The usual orthography for the language is Latin.) Comments in response to the questions posed by this document are made in L2/15-312.
