Abstract

This presentation demonstrates how Google Analytics can be used to understand user behavior and improve website content and design. By examining reports on top content, traffic sources, keywords, and navigation paths, the session shows how analytics data can inform decisions about information architecture, content priorities, and user-centered services. Examples from library websites illustrate practical applications for improving usability and aligning content with users’ top tasks.
