This is a proposal to encode the Sundanese script in the international character encoding standard Unicode. The script was published in Unicode Standard version 5.1 in March 2008. The Sundanese script has been used to write the Sundanese language, which is spoken on Java in Indonesia. (A later proposal covers a number of Old Sundanese characters: .)
