A Day in My Life is an text game based on the personal experiences of someone with depression, anxiety, and live as a transgender male. You prepare yourself for the day, you are given and make various choices dependent on your previous ones, and later reflect on how you feel by the end of the day. This game aims to show people who may not relate to the feelings of those with mental health issues what it is like and allow them to take a step in someone else's shoes.
