This is a proposal to encode the Old Permic script in the international character encoding standard Unicode. Old Permic was published in Unicode Standard version 7.0 in June 2014. The script was devised in the 14c to write the Komi and Komi-Permyak languages. It was used for Komi until the 17c. It was also used cryptographically from the 15c to write Russian.
