Abstract

Spatial frequency domain imaging of 5-aminolevulinic acid induced protoporphyrin IX was used to recover absorption, scattering, and fluorescence properties of glioblastoma multiforme in tissue-simulating phantoms and in vivo in a mouse model. © 2012.
