Nonlocal effects on second harmonic generation in low-damping epsilon-near-zero slabs
Abstract
We predict enhanced second-harmonic generation in low-damping epsilon-near-zero slabs made of plasmonic nanoshells. We further discuss the contribution of nonlocal effects induced by free-electron gas pressure in metals to the nonlinear response of the slab. © OSA 2013.
