Measurement of plant cells and organelles using computer-enhanced digitally processed images
Abstract
A computer enhanced video microscopy system can be used to study the morphometry of chloroplasts and cells of Colocasia esculenta var. antiquorum. This system is rapid and accurate, and enhances microscopic images, thereby facilitating measurements. It also introduces automation in statistical analyses. © 1987.
