Abstract
This paper contains Fortran 2023 specification edits to resolve defects discovered in the standard. It serves the basis for further committee voting, which will ratify the corrections for inclusion in the forthcoming Fortran 2023 Technical Corrigendum 2. It passed by unanimous consent at the Oct 2026 meeting #241 of the INCITS/US Fortran Programming Language Standards Technical Committee.
