Ethics Statement

Japanese/Korean Linguistics is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publication practices.

1. Author Responsibilities
1.1 Originality:
Submissions must be original and not previously published. Proper citation of all sources is required to acknowledge prior work.

1.2 Authorship:
All listed authors must have contributed to the research.

1.3 Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest:
Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or other potential conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their work.

1.4 Ethical Research Practices:
Research involving human participants, including linguistic informants, must comply with institutional ethical guidelines. Authors must obtain informed consent and ensure participant confidentiality where applicable.

2. Open Access and Licensing
All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY‑NC‑ND) license, allowing unrestricted sharing as long as proper attribution is given to the authors, but prohibiting any adaptations or commercial use without explicit permission of the authors.

3. Corrections and Misconduct
The Proceedings take ethical concerns seriously. Allegations of plagiarism, data falsification, or other misconduct will be investigated. Corrections or retractions will be issued as necessary to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
