This comment letter responds to HHS’s establishment of and call for nominations to the NIH Human Fetal Tissue Research Ethics Advisory Board for FY 2020. UC nominates three faculty members based on their expertise and accomplishments in biomedical and stem cell research, science policy, ethics, bioethics, and law.
