In January 2014, NERSC and DOE's Office of Advanced Scientific Computing Research (ASCR) held a review to characterize High Performance Computing (HPC) and storage requirements for ASCR computational research through 2017. This review is the eleventh in a series that began in 2009 and it is the second for ASCR. This report is the result.
